The structure of the quizzes has a viewer watch a short clip then answer a multiple choice question about the clip. Viewers know right away if they chose the correct answer or not.

Poll Everywhere is an online service that allows you to poll an audience in real time through the Poll Everywhere app, an internet browser, text-messaging or through twitter. It is a very simple polling mechanism which makes it easy for students to use and gives you a lot of flexibility in the variety of polls you can create i.e. multiple choice, open ended, clickable images or brainstorming polls. The best feature, however, is when you and your students watch the result roll in live! You ask your students a question, they respond, and the results appear instantly either through a web browser or integrated into a PowerPoint presentation.The survey graphs dynamically resize themselves according to the latest results, which is quite fun to watch as a group.
Pedagogically speaking, live polling can help create an active learning environment and using live polls with your students can reap many benefits, such as: increased engagement, identifying misconceptions, gauging understanding or providing prompt feedback to students questions. Getting email onto your smart phone &/or tablet
You can get your college email on a variety of of smart phones and tablets and you can do this in a two ways. You can either add your college email account to your device's email or download the OWA (Outlook Web Access) app.
The OWA app is very handy for alerting you to new emails and upcoming events in your calendar whilst you are on the go; it also allows you to view other people's calendars too.

NB: If you decide to use OWA or synchronise your college email with your phone email, you will need to create a passcode to protect access to college data on your device.
